90-Day Free Returns
Changed your mind? You have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to return it, and returns are free.
How to return an item
- Email us at jellydouble394@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with return instructions. Please wait for them before sending anything back.
- Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund.
Condition of returned items
Please send items back in their original condition, with all included parts and packaging. Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged, lost or late orders
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or isn't delivered within 45 days of shipping, email us and we'll help resolve it.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to show the refund.
