We ship free, with no minimum order, to:

• Israel, the United Arab Emirates and the United States
• Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom
• Asia: Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam

All other countries: a flat $19.99 shipping fee, always shown at checkout before you pay.

Please note: the GPS AirTag Collar ships to the United States only.

Estimated delivery times

• United States and UAE: about 7-12 business days
• Israel: about 10-14 business days
• Europe and Asia: usually 7-20 business days, depending on the destination

These are estimates, and carrier or customs delays can occasionally add a few days.

Damaged, lost or late orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or isn't delivered within 45 days of shipping, email us at jellydouble394@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
